Follow these steps to get started after adding DutyBridge app to Slack:

1. Navigate to DutyBridge app and open app Home tab.

2. Click 'Create a group', complete the form to organize your support experts in a group with on-call rotation.

3. Add DutyBridge app to your triage channel, where person on call gets requests.

4. Ask a question and mention on-call group. The request gets assigned automatically.
Want to use in a private channel? Then mention on-call group and @DutyBridge app.

5. Use DutyBridge home tab to easily navigate open requests.

6. Click 'Close' to close request directly in the thread.
